Getting Your Puppy Home
We've put together several options to make sure your puppy gets home safely and comfortably, no matter where your family lives:
- Pick-Up. Come visit us at our home in central Pennsylvania. Meet the parents, see where your puppy was raised, and take them home yourself. This is our preferred option, and most of our families say the visit is one of their favorite parts of the whole experience.
- Caretaker Delivery. One of our trusted caretakers brings your puppy directly to your doorstep. Your pup travels with a familiar face the entire way, which keeps the trip calm and comfortable.
- Ground Transport. For families outside our caretaker range, we can coordinate professional ground transport with a vetted carrier. Climate-controlled vehicles, experienced handlers, and updates along the route.
- Meet at the Airport. One of our caretakers will meet you at PHL, BWI, or MDT with your puppy, so the handoff happens face to face.
- Flight Nanny. Someone we personally know and trust will accompany your puppy in-cabin (never cargo) to a major airport near you. This is our fastest long-distance option.
A Few Important Notes
Full payment is required before any transport is arranged. All puppies must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arriving home in order to activate the health guarantee.
