Pick-UpOur Favorite
Central Pennsylvania, By Appointment
This is, without question, our preferred option, and the one most of our families choose.
When you pick up in person, you get to see where your puppy was born, tour our facility, meet the parent dogs, and watch your puppy in their natural environment before you take them home. You'll leave with complete confidence and a story to tell.
Pick-up is available by appointment at our property in central Pennsylvania. We'll have your puppy's full vet records, health guarantee, and starter pack ready to go.
Plan to spend some time with us. We love meeting our families in person, and we want you to feel completely comfortable before you leave.

Delivery With Caretaker

If picking up in person isn't an option for your family, one of our trusted caretakers will bring your puppy right to your doorstep. Because your pup travels with someone they already know and feel safe with, the trip to their forever home stays calm and comfortable from start to finish.
This is the next best thing to coming to us in person, and it's the option most of our long-distance families choose.

Ground Transportation
Coordinated Through a Third-Party Service
For families who can't make the drive and live outside our caretaker delivery range, ground transportation is a great middle-ground option. Your puppy is driven from PA Bernedoodles directly to your doorstep by a professional puppy transport service.
These drivers are experienced and caring, but they aren't part of our team, and they often travel with multiple puppies from different breeders on the same route. Because of that, we're a bit more cautious about exposure to germs compared to our in-house caretaker delivery.
We're happy to coordinate the booking for you, or you're welcome to schedule directly with the transport company yourself. Either way, we'll make sure your puppy is ready to go when the driver arrives.

Meet At Airport

If flying in works better than driving the whole way, one of our caretakers will meet you at the airport with your puppy in hand. Your pup travels with a familiar, trusted face right up until the moment they meet you, which makes the handoff gentler and a lot less overwhelming for them.
This option works especially well for families on the East Coast who want the speed of a flight with the peace of mind that comes from a personal hand-delivery.

Flight With Nanny Service
Available Nationwide, In-Cabin Only
For families further away, our flight nanny option brings your puppy straight to your local airport or doorstep, accompanied the entire way by someone we know and trust personally.
Our flight nanny isn't a stranger from a faceless service. They're part of our extended circle, a trusted friend or family member who has worked with us long enough that we hand them our puppies with complete confidence. Your pup stays with a calm, caring human from the moment they leave our home until the moment they're in your arms.
Your puppy flies in-cabin, never in cargo, and you'll receive updates along the way so you know exactly where they are.

What Happens at Pick-Up

Your puppy will have had their final vet check within the week before going home.

You'll receive their complete vet records, vaccination schedule, and health certificate.

Your health guarantee paperwork will be signed and ready.

A Few Things
Before You Arrive
Bring your remaining balance. We accept cash or card. Any remaining balance is due at pick-up if it hasn't already been paid in full.
Bring a blanket or soft toy from home if you'd like. Something familiar can help your puppy settle in on the ride home.
Bring your excitement. This is a big day, for your family and for us.
